Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Return or Exchange
- Simply email info@fjakalife.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll guide you through an easy return process.
Shipping Terms
- Returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items qualify for free return shipping.
- For all other returns, shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.
Refund Processing
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or issued as store credit if preferred.
Non-returnable Items
- Please note, we cannot accept returns of:
- Limited-edition collections
- Discounted/sale items
- Personalized or custom merchandise

International Returns
