Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange

  • Simply email info@fjakalife.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll guide you through an easy return process.

Shipping Terms

  • Returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items qualify for free return shipping.
  • For all other returns, shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.

Refund Processing

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or issued as store credit if preferred.

Non-returnable Items

  • Please note, we cannot accept returns of:
    • Limited-edition collections
    • Discounted/sale items
    • Personalized or custom merchandise

International Returns

  • International return shipping fees are customer responsibility, except if the received item is incorrect or defective.
