1.) Purchase in the webshop
Purchasing through the Fjaka webshop is very simple: you need to follow the steps of the purchase process. After you have added the items you want to buy to the cart, you will need to fill in your personal and delivery details.
Then select the payment type, select the method of picking up the package (locally in the store or if you want delivery to a parcel terminal), check the order details and confirm the payment.
We offer the following secure payment options:
Credit/Debit Card Payment via CorvusPay – Secure card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners) are processed through CorvusPay.
On the secure Corvus Pay page, select the type of credit or debit card you are paying with (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa or Diners) and enter the requested information. When you click “PAY”, you will see your order details. Then select “Order confirmation”, which completes your purchase. You will receive a confirmation to your e-mail address. The Corvus Pay system will also automatically send a confirmation to your e-mail address about the authorization of your card for the specified amount.
Note: Your card is charged for the specified amount in the final part of your order processing, which is preceded by a check of the order data and items and the issuance of an invoice by OMNIDATA d.o.o. The shipment is then handed over to the delivery service. For your protection, the Corvus Pay system does not allow the payment of an amount greater than the amount confirmed in the order or insight into your credit card number. Web store administrators only see the transaction number that is sent for payment or cancellation of an order that we cannot fulfill for some reason. The Corvus Pay system will automatically send the necessary information about the payment process or cancellation of the order to your e-mail address.
2.) Orders:
All orders received on weekdays (Monday – Friday until 3 p.m.) will be processed immediately, and the shipment will be delivered no later than 72 hours, or 3 business days. Orders received on Fridays after 3 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed the next business day, and the shipment will be delivered no later than 72 hours after processing.
